Control who can access your organisation using two management sections: Users (assign team members and their roles) and Roles (create custom permission groups for different responsibilities). The Administrator role grants full access automatically. Define granular permissions across events, orders, finances, and other functions, then assign roles to team members for secure, flexible access control. Organisation owners always retain administrator access.
Turn on membership functionality to track sales quotas and ticket requests from people in your organisation. Configure whether non-members can request tickets and whether member requests should be automatically accepted. When enabled, you can manage individual members and their quotas from the organisation management area.
