Curtains Up is a unique Director’s Showcase in which our students step into the spotlight not just as performers, but as directors and choreographers. Taking full creative control, they have shaped each piece from vision to performance, showcasing their leadership, imagination, and artistic voice.
The evening features a vibrant collection of numbers from a wide range of much-loved and contemporary musicals, each brought to life through the students’ own interpretations, staging, and choreography. No two pieces are the same — every performance reflects the individuality, passion, and storytelling choices of its student director.
This showcase celebrates trust, creativity, and growth, highlighting what happens when young performers are empowered to lead. Expect variety, emotion, energy, and plenty of theatrical magic as they share their vision, their voices, and their show.
